The Bare Knot|
A knot is never just a ribbon; it is a paradox of binding and beauty.
Once a symbol of strength in seventeenth-century Europe, it was later softened into a label of "submission"—a quiet ornament of innocence. At its heart, a knot represents the fragile balance of connection: tight, yet voluntary.
By replacing silk with glass, the symbol transforms. Unlike a soft ribbon that can be untied by another’s hand, a glass knot is a moment frozen in time—an independent, unyielding soul.
Glass is a philosophy: pure and transparent, yet sharp when broken. It proves that one can be simultaneously fragile and strong. Here, vulnerability is not a weakness; it is the "Power of Candor"—the courage to be seen, and the strength of being enough.
The Paradox
The Fragile Balance
III. The Glass Philosophy
