Care Instructions

Glass is a material of contradictions: it is designed to last a lifetime, yet it remains inherently fragile.

• Please handle your jewellery with love and care.

• Avoid dropping your pieces on hard surfaces, as impact may cause shattering or chipping. When not in use, I recommend storing your jewellery in its original packaging.

How to Order

As every piece is bespoke, I operate on a made-to-order basis.

• To Purchase: Please send a DM to discuss your chosen design.

• Payment: Once your order is confirmed, I will provide a secure Stripe payment link to complete the transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

• Location: Currently, I offer UK delivery only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current Royal Mail rates.

Returns & Repairs

• Returns: Due to the made-to-order nature of these pieces, all sales are final, and I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.

• Repairs: Accidents happen! If your cherished piece ever takes a tumble, I offer a repair service for an little additional fee. Please get in touch via DM with a photo of the damage, and I will provide a quote to bring your jewellery back to life.
